American public schools serve nearly 50 million children. Yet many of our public schools are failing to prepare students for higher education, employment and life.

The Broad Superintendents Academy trains leaders from various backgrounds to become successful superintendents in urban districts—superintendents who will transform our public schools into exceptional institutions that improve the lives of children for generations to come.
